9. What if I'm nervous about booking?

That's completely normal.

Taking the first step can feel daunting, especially if you've never spoken to anyone about your relationship with alcohol before. My role isn't to judge or tell you what you "should" do—it's to listen, support, and help you find a path that feels right for you.

You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. You just need to be open to the possibility that things can be different.

10. Do I have to quit drinking forever?
No. Many clients start with a break or reset. We’ll define your goal together.

11. What if I slip or change my mind?
That’s part of being human. We treat it as information, not failure.

12. Is this therapy or addiction treatment?
No. This is coaching, not medical or therapeutic treatment. If you need higher-level support, I can help you find resources.

Still have a question?
If you'd like to know more before booking, I'd be delighted to hear from you. Simply send me a message through the contact form, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Taking the first step can bring up a lot of questions—and that's completely normal.
Whether you're wondering if coaching is right for you, what to expect from our sessions, or how the programmes work, you'll find answers to the most common questions below. If there's anything else you'd like to know, please don't hesitate to get in touch. I'd be delighted to help.

1. Do I have to stop drinking completely before working with you?

Not at all. Many of my clients are simply curious about changing their relationship with alcohol. Whether you want to drink less, take a break, or explore an alcohol-free lifestyle, we'll work towards the goals that feel right for you—without judgement or pressure.

2. Is this programme for people with an alcohol addiction?

No. Clear Head Collective is designed for women who feel alcohol has started taking up more space in their lives than they'd like. You don't need to identify as an alcoholic or hit "rock bottom" to benefit from coaching.

If you're ready to explore a healthier, more intentional relationship with alcohol, you're in the right place.

Clear Head Collective offers coaching and support for women who want to change their relationship with alcohol. Coaching is not a substitute for medical care, therapy, or addiction treatment. If you're experiencing alcohol dependence, withdrawal symptoms, or are in crisis, please seek support from your GP, healthcare provider, or a qualified addiction specialist. Seeking the right kind of support is a sign of strength, not weakness. Whether that's coaching, therapy, or medical care, you deserve support that meets you where you are.

3. What happens during our coaching sessions?

Each session is completely personalised to you.

We'll explore your goals, challenges, habits, emotional triggers, and the areas of your life you'd like to improve. Together, we'll create practical strategies that fit your lifestyle and help you build lasting change.

Every session is held online in a safe, confidential, and judgement-free environment.

4. Is everything we discuss confidential?

Absolutely.

Your privacy is incredibly important to me. Everything discussed during our coaching sessions is treated with complete confidentiality, except in the rare circumstances where disclosure is required by law or there is a serious concern about your safety or the safety of someone else.

5. What if I've tried to cut back before and failed?

You're not alone.

Many women come to me after making countless promises to themselves, only to find old habits returning. This isn't about willpower—it's about understanding why those habits exist and learning new ways to respond.

We'll focus on progress, not perfection.

6. Do you work with clients outside the UK?

Yes. I work with women across the UK, the United States, Europe and other parts of the world through online video coaching.

If you can't find a suitable appointment time, simply get in touch and I'll do my best to arrange one that works for your time zone.

7. Is coaching right for me?

Coaching may be a great fit if you:

  • Feel alcohol is taking up more space in your life than you'd like.

  • Want support to change your habits.

  • Are ready to invest in your wellbeing.

  • Are looking for encouragement, accountability, and practical guidance.

If you're experiencing alcohol dependence, withdrawal symptoms, or require medical or therapeutic support, I encourage you to speak with your GP or a qualified healthcare professional.

8. How do I get started?

The first step is simple.

Book a Clarity Session, complete your short pre-session questionnaire, and we'll meet online to explore where you are, where you'd like to be, and how I can best support you.

Together, we'll create a personalised roadmap to help you move forward with confidence.

Ready for a clear head and a steadier life?

If alcohol has been taking up more space than you want — mentally or emotionally — you don’t have to figure this out alone.

Booking a Clarity Session is the perfect place to begin. Together, we'll explore your goals, your relationship with alcohol, and the challenges you're facing. By the end of our session, you'll have a personalised action plan and, if appropriate, a recommendation for the next step that's right for you
