Welcome to Clear Head Collective.
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the coaching services provided by Clear Head Collective. By booking a coaching session or programme, you agree to the following terms.
1. About Clear Head Collective
Clear Head Collective provides coaching and educational support for people who wish to change their relationship with alcohol and create healthier, more fulfilling lives. Coaching is designed to support personal growth, mindset, habit change and wellbeing. It is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, counselling or addiction treatment.
2. Coaching Services
Services may include:
The Clarity Session
30-Day Reset
Sober Momentum Programme
Private coaching
Workshops
Online resources
Programme content may change over time as services develop.
3. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required before your first session unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
Payment plans must be completed according to the agreed schedule.
Failure to make payments may result in coaching sessions being postponed until payments are brought up to date.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full.
If Clear Head Collective needs to reschedule a session, every effort will be made to arrange a mutually convenient alternative.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the personalised nature of coaching, payments are generally non-refundable.
If exceptional circumstances arise, refund requests will be considered on an individual basis.
Unused sessions included within a coaching programme are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.
6. Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a collaborative partnership.
You agree to:
Attend sessions on time
Participate honestly
Complete agreed actions where possible
Take responsibility for your own decisions and wellbeing
Meaningful change requires your active participation and commitment.
7. Confidentiality
Everything discussed during coaching sessions will remain confidential.
Confidentiality may only be broken where:
Required by law
There is a serious risk of harm to yourself or another person
Disclosure is otherwise legally required
8. Medical Disclaimer
Clear Head Collective does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
If you believe you may be physically dependent on alcohol, are experiencing withdrawal symptoms, or have concerns regarding your physical or mental health, you should seek advice from your GP, doctor or another qualified healthcare professional before beginning coaching.
9. Results
Every individual is different.
While coaching is designed to support positive change, Clear Head Collective cannot guarantee specific results.
Success depends on many factors, including your commitment, participation and circumstances outside the coaching relationship.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Italy, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
